Mouhanad (Ned) Al-Fakih, MD is a board certified in Internal Medicine (adult), Hospice and Palliative Care, and Addiction Medicine.  He is a Certified Medical Director and a Certified Medical Examiner for FMCSA .  He studied medicine and received his Doctorate of Medicine from The University of Damascus in Syria.  He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Unity Health System affiliates with The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.  He began practicing medicine in Fayette County in 2000.  He is on staff at Highlands Hospital in Connellsville , Excela Health System in Westmoreland County, and UPMC East in Monroeville.  He previously served as Chief of Medicine and President of the Medical Staff at Highlands Hospital.  Dr. Ned is a past Medical Director at Harmon House ,  and a past medical director at Scottdale Manor .

Dr. Ned is a member of the American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society , and Westmoreland County Medical Society.  He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, and American Society of Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Ned has over 100,000 patient contacts while serving the communities of Southwestern Pennsylvania.  Dr. Ned proudly serves Southwestern Pennsylvania with a “patient first” approach in combining knowledge and clinical experience in the care, management and treatment of adults.

Brandy Tonini, CRNP is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. She has been at IMAC since 2018. She has interest in caring for patient with acute and chronic medical illness with focus on patient with opioid use disorder. Prior to joining IMAC, she worked as registered nurse at Highlands Hospital. She gained extensive experience in assessing multiple health conditions.
